Ljubljana, 19th October, 2009 An article entitled: »Rumour: Petrol at a Loss This Year on Account of Euro-Petrol« was published in today's »Finance«, page 4«. We hereby wish to notify the interested public that Petrol d.d, Ljubljana, as a responsible company listing on the stock exchange (blue chips), informs the public regularly and simultaneously of all important business events. Therefore, in accordance with good business practices, the company will continue to refrain from commenting ungrounded allusions.
