Notification on transactions by persons discharging managerial and supervisory responsibilities

Pursuant to the provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 on market abuse in conjunction with Article 158 of the Market in Financial Instruments Act (Official Journal of the RS, Nos 77/18, 17/19 – corr., 66/19 and 123/21), Petrol d.d., Ljubljana hereby issues the notification on transactions by Members of the Management and Supervisory Boards of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana with the PETG share.
