Notification on managers transactions

Pursuant to the provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 on market abuse in conjunction with Article 158 of the Market in Financial Instruments Act (Official Journal of the RS, Nos 77/18, 17/19 – corr., 66/19 and 123/21), Petrol d.d., Ljubljana hereby publishes the notification on transactions conducted by persons discharging managerial responsibilities at Petrol d.d., Ljubljana with the PETG share, which the Company received on 21 January 2025.
